The item I’m looking for is out of stock, can you add me to a waiting list?
We try our best to make sure that as many of our products are in stock as possible, but there are occasions where some of our most popular garments sell out. We usually produce small numbers in order to reduce wastage. In some cases it is possible to pre-order, so that we can reserve an item for you.
If the item you have located is out of stock, you will see a message that reads ‘Notify me when this product is available’. Simply pop your email address into the box below this message and select ‘Send’. When the item you’re looking to purchase is back in stock, we’ll send you a courtesy email to let you know.
I have an account with you but I can’t get access. Can you help?
If you’re trying to log into your account but can’t remember your password, select the ‘forgot password’ link to be sent an email which will allow you to re-access your account.

What material are your scarves made from?
At Nahara we take time to carefully select our fabric providers, so that our customers can be sure they are receiving a high quality garment which will stand the test of time. We use mostly natural fabrics e.g. silk, however we also have some natural/synthetic blends e.g. modal cashmere.
Are your garments dry clean only?
As with all garments, some of the products sold by Nahara will have specialist cleaning requirements. For more information, visit the page of the product you are looking to purchase (or have purchased) and select the ‘Care’ tab for cleaning information.
